Horus was God of the king, the sky and vengeance

Horus was often the ancient Egyptian's national patron god. He was usually depicted as a falcon-headed man wearing the pschent as a symbol of kingship over the entire kingdom.


Horus is one of the oldest and most significant of the deities in the Ancient Egyptian religion who was worshipped from at least before the Pharaohs through to Greco-Roman times.
