Welcome to Religion Answers. What would you like to know?

The New Testament does not speak of the early years of Saul (who became known as Paul after the Vision on the Road to Damascus), except that he trained as a rabinnical scholar, and was a fierce prosecutor of the first Christians.

All we know is that he was Saul of Tarsus and after his conversion experience on the way to Damascus, he was known as Paul.
