Overview
Satainism is the "official" term for devil worship. "True Stanism" goes back to the time of Christ. However, Anton Szandor LaVey (b. April-11-1930), created what is now called LeVayan Satanism. LeVayan Satanism is a less violent, more life loving version. Many of the true Satanists frown upon this version. The true Satanism is more of a side with demonic spirits and hate everything that is kind.
Satanic Rituals
There are many rituals that are practiced in Satanism. The most widly used to show that one is with Satan is to find dogs and cats (any domestic animals are accepted) and skin them alive. Another is to tattoo the Christian cross on their feet. The ideal behind this is so Christ is constantly walked on. One of the prefered rituals is to take a newborn infant, perform a Christian baptism, and then slaughter it. Burning young kids at the stake is also widley practiced.
